I like dirt!

Well this was a weekend to remember... I'm actually going backwards from the real events, but who's counting?

Here is Austin.. We turned on the sprinkler to our neighbors house because his lawn looked like crap! So of course Austin had to play in it...

Here's Gavin crying... Why you may ask?

Because Brother decided to hose him off! I don't think he really liked it very much!

Some people may have noticed that I changed my blog title from Life's simple little pleasures to Love isn't always enough... sometimes... you need dirt.

Well this is why!

Austin loves his dirt! Yes disgusting I know... But try to get him to understand the concept that dirt isn't really food? I don't know about him sometimes he's literally his own animal.. Oh and if we call him Fido while anyone's around its because while we were camping he started to copy the dogs and would "fetch" sticks... Using his mouth of course!

While not always did he have dirt in the mouth, he is beginning to be a little more helpful. Here we see him hauling his wood in the dump truck!

And like always, we have our special G sitting back relaxing and drinking what else of course, but mommy "coke" or Pepsi... but coke is easier for him to say! Love it...

And that folks was our weekend. I also made curtains, and watered a garden, and hm oh yeah put a bench together for my parents, other than that it was rather uneventful!
