YES! It finally happened to us....

I know what a few of you out there are thinking... You got a job!!! Unfortunately that's not it. However just as equally exciting our 3 year old gave himself his first hair cut! How grand that was. Actually we weren't even watching him. He was down at Sherrill's Day care and she said he hide a pair of scissors and then hide and gave him self the best hair cut ever! I know the picture's aren't in order, but it is what it is. We decided not to take his hair all the way down to a number 1, because we were afraid that his head would get to cold, but hey I think it could have been worse..... RIGHT? When I asked Austin why he cut his hair? His response was that he already told that "he didn't want to go to Mrs. Sherrill's any more". Ha ha ha ha, as if its a punishment for me that he cut his own hair. Seriously can't wait to find out what he does the rest of the week at Sherrills as a punishment?

The Finished product of a self-cut.... Oh Austin! Seriously?

Yeap I think he couldn't have gotten it any shorter than he did...

I believe this is a little self realization for the kid...

We decided this year to celebrate Gavin and Austin's birthdays together this year. Its just such a pain in my butt to have two parties 3 weeks apart, so instead we did them together to ease my pain. Plus try explaining to the older brother why its his younger brothers birthday first.. It was just a little confusing needless to say...

Grandma & Grandpa Dalton gave Gavin his first four-wheeler! The kid was ecstatic and still has not really let anyone else ride it....

The boys playing with all their new toys... Oh and sharing too...

Gavin on his 3rd Birthday!

Before the massacre of the presents!

I tried to recreate a monster truck madness cake for the boys... Not to bad..

So one good thing does come from the whole "self-hair-cut" we had just taken our family photo's the previous week... So at least I have some really cute pictures of Austin for my wall. All though I will probably have one with the new hair cut too..

Our cat (Oakiee) had some more kittens... Fluffy and cute.. Does anyone want one? I can deliever to the Northern folks this Friday if you do... Just let me know which one!

A few weeks ago we had the San Juan ATV Safari. Me and Brandon usually guide and of course the boys always go with us. This year when we got done, they decided to take a "pre-bath" in our cooler... Looked like fun, but there wasn't enough room for me as well...

A picture of the Safari ride. Lower Two Mile over by LaSal. Brandon of course posing with his big stick!

And last but not least our second Lake Powell Trip! Oh so much fun the boys loved it even when the big sand storm came up. It was a really fun trip and more than likely the last one we'll ever have to the Lake.

Allie has given herself a haircut too! So much better for a boy than a girl. I love the family pictures they turned out great. Oh by the way, can grandma and grandpa get me a four wheeler too?
